My name is Shayne.

I'm a father, husband, and professional cook living in Greensboro, N.C.

Growing up I always had a genuine interest in a variety of arts like photography, architecture, drawing, painting and music. As much an impact as those styles of art had on me nothing comes close to the craft of cooking.  This industry is inspiring, motivating, rewarding, honest and sometimes really really hard... but for the ones that are hooked, it's an obsession. 

This website is a collection of where I've been, what I'm up to and currently working towards, and the great people I've had the honor to man the stoves with along the way.
